Are you tired of paying maintenance fees? Would you like to donate your lots to Canal City Property Owners Association? Canal City Property Owners association is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization which can accept tax free donations.

If you would like to donate your property we will give you a certificate from a reputable appraiser which states all the property in Canal City is appraised at $25,000 a lot. The Canal City Property Owners Association will pay for the warranty deed. You won't pay for a thing.

I am putting my property on Mabry up for sale. Lot number 449. It has a sign on it now and has been surveyed. It will be selling for 15,000 which is well under the appraised value of 25,000 from the association. The lot to the south can also be purchased and I have that information. Also I have the information for any buyer on lot 447 if they want a double lot. No it has never been developed. No septic,electric or bulkhead.
